About Me
Hi! My name is Charlotte Dodd and for the past three years I have been studying Media Innovation. Alongside this, I have worked in the beauty industry for a luxury brand, which I have absolutely loved!

I have studied a range of media based topics. Particularly, I am interested in technological advancements in CRM, digital marketing and social platforms and how this has an affect on the successfulness of a beauty brand.
Work Experience
SKINCARE SPECIALIST
I am approaching my fourth year of being a skincare specialist at Clarins. Working with and selling a professional and innovative range of cosmetics products. I have also coordinated marketing activities, where I have hosted events to promote product launches.
MARKETING INTERN, CLARINS
Compiled market research to assist in building pitch narratives for client market strategies. I supported the planning and execution of online promotional campaigns as well as analysing competitors.
PR INTERN, M+M MANAGEMENT
I produced content strategies for the up-coming year to help assist in driving the business. Managed social media accounts, including Instagram and Twitter. I also delivered client content through photography and film and helped assist in pitching during client meetings.

I have developed a keen interest in the world of marketing throughout my studies. Particularly focusing on social media and how content and campaigns can create high engagement and attract interest.
YOUTUBE
Youtube is a significant platform in the beauty industry. There is a wide range of beauty content created by brands and individuals. It is interesting to see the affect of influencers on product popularity and sales.
REACHING AUDIENCES
Knowing your audience is absolutely key and has to be at the heart of all work. That is why reaching and researching audiences is an important area of my project and interest.
